Description
The 88th Medical Group at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base requires non-personal services for commercial kitchen exhaust system and ceiling cleaning. The contractor will be responsible for routine deep cleaning of kitchen exhaust hoods, ductwork, and rooftop exhaust fans to prevent fire hazards and ensure proper ventilation. Additionally, cleaning and maintenance of kitchen ceiling areas within the designated facility are required. All services must adhere to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and comply with applicable fire, safety, and health codes, including NFPA 96 standards for cleaning to bare metal. The contractor must have at least five years of corporate experience in cleaning commercial kitchen exhaust systems, and technicians must be trained and certified in accordance with NFPA 96 standards. The period of performance includes a 12-month base year and four consecutive 12-month option years.
