Description
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a High-Performance Liquid Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer (HPLC-MS) with Mass Hunter Software for data analysis. This system is essential for the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) for research and training purposes, including the study of chemical warfare agents and environmental restoration projects. The requirement includes the provision of all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and services for the HPLC-MS data analysis. Key components specified include the HPLC-MS system itself, which must be a triple quadrupole type with ESI and APCI modes, and Mass Hunter Software for data acquisition and analysis. The system must be made and assembled in the USA, come from an established manufacturer with a strong service record, and be upgradable. The vendor will be responsible for installation, transportation, loading, unloading, storage, and on-site setup, with a warranty of at least two years after receipt. The place of performance and delivery is the Air Force Institute of Technology at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
