Description
The United States Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is seeking capabilities packages for the procurement of three (3) brand-name Keysight 53230A High-Frequency Universal Counters. These counters are required for the Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio, to calibrate critical high-frequency Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE). The current legacy counters are experiencing hardware degradation, impacting measurement accuracy and mission readiness. The specific model required is the Keysight 53230A Universal Frequency Counter/Timer with specific configurations including Channel 3-15GHz Continuous Wave (CW) capability, a Type-N Channel 3 input connection, LAN, USB, and GPIB interfaces, an Ultra High-stability Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator (OCXO) Timebase, and ANSI Z540-1-1994 Calibration. All equipment must be new manufacture; refurbished, used, or gray-market items are unacceptable. Installation and training are not required from the vendor, as these will be handled by government personnel. Delivery is to be made FOB Destination to the PMEL facility receiving area at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
