Description
Tempe Elementary School District is soliciting proposals for comprehensive English Language Arts core curriculum programs for grades K–5, grades 6–8, or both, for implementation during the 2027–2028 school year and use over a five-year period. Proposed programs must include print and digital components, grade-level instructional materials, teacher supports, assessments, accessibility features, standards alignment to Arizona English Language Arts Standards, and resources supporting multilingual learners, students with disabilities, and accelerated learners. K–5 programs must meet Arizona Move On When Reading and ESSA evidence-tier requirements; 6–8 programs must address vocabulary, morphology, syntax, fluency, and foundational-skills intervention. The selected vendor will provide digital review access, product information and pricing, references, professional development and implementation support, and delivery of print and digital materials. Initial training is expected in May 2027, with digital resources available no later than April 1, 2027, and print and digital materials delivered no later than May 1, 2027. Proposals must be submitted through OpenGov as separate PDF uploads for the non-pricing RFP Response and Cost Proposal; physical samples are not requested initially and may be requested from finalists.
