The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) intends to procure maintenance and support services, miscellaneous repairs, parts and supplies, software licenses, hardware, and training for Thermo Electron North America LLC equipment used in their laboratories. This is a single-source acquisition as Thermo Electron North America LLC is the original equipment manufacturer and the only known source for maintenance and supplies for this specific equipment. The estimated contract amount is up to $400,000.00, with an approximate amount of $319,246.66. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
