Description
The Florida Gaming Control Commission (FGCC) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather details on modern, cloud-based enterprise solutions capable of managing regulatory, licensing, and enforcement business processes. This RFI aims to inform future procurement strategies, budget requests, and technical specifications. The FGCC currently oversees numerous license types and manages a large database of licenses and permit holders. Their existing systems, VERSAREG and OnBase, provided by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), have limitations that hinder growth, integration, and the use of advanced technologies like artificial intelligence. The FGCC is seeking a comprehensive, scalable, cloud-based enterprise solution to standardize and integrate all licensing, regulatory enforcement, illegal gaming enforcement, administrative functions, and legal needs. The desired solution should facilitate entity management, application intake and processing, license issuance and renewal, permit management, online portal services with license verification, financial management, auditing and inspections, compliance and enforcement case management, document management, user management, reporting capabilities, a configurable workflow engine, and robust security administration. The FGCC is interested in understanding cost ranges, system availability, scale, and feasibility to support current and future responsibilities efficiently and transparently.
