Description
Rippee Construction, Inc., as Construction Manager for Leon County Schools, is soliciting sealed bids from qualified trade contractors for the Raa Middle School Phase 1 Gymnasium project. The scope of work includes temporary fencing, electrical services, and earthwork & drainage. Bid documents can be obtained electronically by emailing susan@rippeeconstruction.com. Hard copies are available for purchase from The Blueprint Shop. All bidders must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid; pre-qualification forms can be obtained via email. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for all subcontracts exceeding $100,000.
