Description
Leon County is seeking a single qualified contractor to construct a concrete sidewalk along Old St. Augustine Road in two separate locations: (1) the south side from Winchester Lane to west of Blairstone Road Intersection, and (2) the north side from east of Blairstone Road Intersection to Paul Russell Road. Additional work includes driveway construction, regrading, culvert extension, boardwalk, handrail, and other associated improvements. The project is federally funded and governed by FDOT LAP Division 1 specifications. The contractor must be prequalified by FDOT for Sidewalks Specialty Class of Work (Work Class 40) and licensed as a Building or General Contractor in Florida. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for eligibility.
