Description
Leon County, Florida is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to qualified firms to provide Stormwater Engineering Services on an as-needed basis. Services may include basin master plans, FIRM modifications, watershed retrofit design, habitat restoration planning and design, NPDES permit support, TMDL analysis, stormwater facility retrofit design, drainage system improvement analysis and design, permit acquisitions, review of design documents by others, expert witness services, and general assistance to County staff with large-scale stormwater issues. The County intends to enter into agreements with multiple firms, and work distribution will be at the sole discretion of the Public Works Division of Engineering Services. The contract period is three years with two optional one-year renewals, for a possible total of five years. All professional services must be performed by professionals licensed in Florida and in compliance with the Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act.
