Description
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and incidental engineering necessary to perform collection, transportation, and disposal of solid waste bags at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan. The services must comply with Japanese, prefecture, and local statutes and regulations, as well as Department of Defense (DoD) and Navy policies and guidance. This includes ensuring solid waste is properly collected, transported, and disposed of, with no release to the environment due to contractor nonperformance, mismanagement, or negligence. Additionally, the contractor must ensure no documented citations such as NOV, warning letters, or citizen suits arise from their performance. The services also cover contingency needs not to exceed 270 bags. Test results for soil samples from Camp Hansen are included, indicating compliance with various environmental standards.
