Description
Deer Park Independent School District is soliciting multiple vendors to provide boilers, plumbing parts, and related supplies for its Maintenance Department and individual schools. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis, with pricing established as a percentage discount from current catalog, manufacturer, or website pricing. No guaranteed annual volume is provided, and the district may award to multiple vendors. The contract is expected to include four annual renewals that will occur automatically unless a new solicitation is issued or the district provides other notice. The district may terminate the contract at any time. The solicitation package includes compliance materials addressing felony-conviction notification, pre-service affidavits for personnel with direct student contact, and district prohibitions concerning discrimination and diversity, equity, and inclusion activities.
