Rochelle Municipal Utilities' Advanced Communications Department is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to evaluate its Internet Service Provider operations and assist with creating a strategic master plan. The plan will support future planning as the department grows and continues serving the City of Rochelle. Proposals must be submitted in sealed form and accompanied by electronic copies.
