Description
Victor Valley Transit Authority is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide labor and materials for building modifications supporting hydrogen fuel cell bus maintenance. The estimated period of performance is 180 days. The project is subject to California prevailing-wage requirements and the Davis-Bacon Act. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with California Department of Industrial Relations registration requirements, and the contractor must attach applicable prevailing-wage documentation to the bid. A 10% bid bond is required; performance and payment bonds may be required after notice of intent to award. Bids must remain valid for 90 days.
