Description
Harford County Public Schools seeks one or two mental health providers to operate a school-based program at Ring Factory Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. Services include individual, family, and group treatment; crisis intervention; consultation; medication evaluations; diagnostic assessments; participation in student-related meetings; and referrals to school and community services. The provider must operate as a licensed outpatient mental health center, maintain an office in Harford County, and provide appropriately sanctioned clinicians. The scope also includes clinician background checks, supervision, billing and insurance-paneling activities, family outreach, quarterly reporting, and coordination with school staff. The provider must maintain specified malpractice, general, professional, umbrella/excess, and workers’ compensation coverage. The program is subject to annual review and termination; the stated period is one school year with annual automatic renewal.
