Description
This Sources Sought notice requests capability information from small businesses interested in supplying and delivering propane gas on a requirements basis to government-owned tanks at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and the U.S. Army Lake of the Ozarks Recreation Area near Camdenton, Missouri. The contractor would provide the propane, personnel, vehicles, equipment, transportation, and materials needed for delivery; monitor tank levels; maintain tanks between 50% and 80% capacity; pump and redistribute government-owned propane when directed; and provide metered deliveries with quarterly calibration. Propane must meet or exceed GPA Standard 2140-97 or its current successor standard. The anticipated requirement is one 12-month base year plus four 12-month option years, for a maximum five-year performance period. The notice is for market research only and is not a request for quotes, bids, or proposals. Respondents must provide company and point-of-contact information, socioeconomic status and applicable certifications, NAICS information, CAGE code, and whether they would compete as a prime contractor. The current requirement is identified as being performed under contract W911S7-25-D-A002.
