Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a noncompetitive basis for two Genius XE 35 laboratory nitrogen generators and two Peak Scientific Instruments Ltd. BOTTLE-DRAIN units. The notice identifies Peak Scientific, Inc. as the only known source capable of meeting the requirement. This is a notice of intent to sole source, not a request for quotation. Interested parties may submit clear and convincing evidence of their capability and why competition would benefit the Government; the Government will use responses only to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management, and oral responses are not acceptable.
