Description
The City of Laconia is seeking a licensed natural gas marketer to supply natural gas to nine municipal locations under fixed, all-inclusive pricing. The solicitation requests pricing for a 12-month term from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027; a 24-month fixed-pricing option may also be considered. Estimated usage across the listed accounts totals 55,385.20 therms based on the provided historical usage data. Proposals must include supplier qualifications and capabilities, three major municipal or commercial natural-gas customers served during the past two years with contact information and aggregate contract value, a copy of the supplier's supply contract, capability and commitment information, references for at least three similar customers, pricing per therm, required certifications and forms, and any exceptions to the specifications. The successful vendor must provide a certificate of insurance with specified liability limits and workers' compensation coverage, naming the City as an additional insured.
