Description
Cincinnati and Hamilton County Public Library is soliciting proposals for a standardized fleet of approximately 60 public copier/MFP devices, 90 printers, 55 small staff MFPs, and four finishing units. The Library intends to purchase the equipment outright and obtain associated maintenance, support, consumables, software, monitoring, lifecycle, implementation, transition, and disposal services. The solution must support PaperCut, TBS 9900, Cartadis cPad, and related print-release, payment, scanning, and accounting workflows. Requirements include centralized fleet administration, automated monitoring and toner fulfillment, security and firmware management, common print-driver architecture, SFTP scanning, service-level support, pilot and proof-of-concept testing, acceptance testing, training, reporting, and fleet adjustment rights. The contemplated initial contract term is five years, with price protection and a Library-controlled bridge period of up to 24 months.
