Description
The Maricopa County Attorney's Office is seeking a contracted vendor to produce walnut wood-backed employee recognition plaques with notched corners, approximately 12 inches tall by 9 inches wide. Each plaque must include a securely mounted engravable metal plate capable of holding up to 500 characters, integrated hanging hardware, and either a secure mounting option for a law-enforcement badge or an engravable logo area when no badge is used. The total cost per plaque must not exceed $100. The vendor must provide an initial proof within two business days of receiving artwork, correct vendor-caused errors within one business day at no cost, and complete packaging, badge mounting, final assembly, and delivery within five to seven business days after an order is placed. MCAO anticipates approximately 20 plaques per calendar year but guarantees no minimum quantity. Vendors must perform badge-mounting services in-house without using a third-party provider and must submit compliance and timeline statements, individual and volume pricing, proofing and turnaround information, responsible staff contact information, warranty or correction policies, the required badge-mounting questionnaire, and photographs of previous recognition plaques.
