Description
The British Columbia Ministry of Environment and Parks is requesting a quotation for 46 plastic wood sign posts. Pricing must be firm for the entire contract period, inclusive of delivery and any required unloading costs under the applicable Incoterms 2020 shipping term, excluding applicable taxes. The lowest-priced quotation satisfying the mandatory criteria, terms, conditions, and specifications will be awarded the contract. Proponents should use the provided Response Form - Questionnaire, Response Form - Quotation, and Mandatory ITQ Submission Declaration when submitting by email. The declaration is required for email submissions and must be signed by an authorized representative. Fax submissions are not accepted. Quoted pricing must include all costs and expenses required under the applicable shipping term and must not be subject to tariffs, duties, exchange-rate fluctuations, or other future cost increases.
