Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking sources capable of manufacturing or supplying Part Number 0831-2000 Light Source/Power Meter kits, NSN 6070-01-734-1566, for the Secure Mobile Anti-Jam Reliable Tactical (SMART-T) system. Each kit includes LED and laser light sources, a quad power meter supporting 850, 1300, 1310, and 1550 wavelengths, four-channel-to-ST and ST-to-ST reference cables, and adapters used to verify fiber-optic insertion loss. This is a Sources Sought market survey, not a request for quote or proposal, and no contract award will result directly from the response. Respondents must complete the Contractor Questionnaire and describe relevant manufacturing or supply experience, engineering and test-equipment capabilities, obsolescence-management processes, delivery capability, inventory, supply-chain risks, and ability to meet the Government's preferred spot-buy and fixed-quantity approaches. The Government does not possess or release the technical data package. The listed item is identified as CAGE 08RC6.
