Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for an estimated annual quantity of 9,751 fiber optic cables, NSN 6015-01-422-6497, part number M85045/16-01, manufactured in accordance with MIL-PRF-85045H and MIL-PRF-85045/16D. The item is a critical application item subject to Qualified Products List requirements, and the manufacturer must be QPL-approved at contract award. The solicitation is full and open competition and is not a small-business set-aside. The procurement may result in a unilateral simplified indefinite-delivery contract for one year. The guaranteed minimum is 1,462 units, the minimum delivery-order quantity is 4,875 units, and the contract maximum value is $350,000. The estimated quantity is not a firm commitment. Delivery is required within 105 days after delivery-order issuance, FOB origin, with DLA-arranged transportation and specified military packaging, marking, inspection, and destination acceptance requirements.
