Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for two packages of surgical staplers, NSN 6515-01-071-5561. The staplers must be preloaded with 35 wide 316 stainless-steel staples having a 6.5 mm crown width and 3.9 mm length; each package contains six individually wrapped units. The item is FDA-regulated, has a 60-month non-extendable shelf-life requirement, and must comply with applicable medical marking, packaging, inspection, domestic-material, and delivery requirements. The quotation must identify the source and part number being supplied. Alternate offers require a complete data package for evaluation because adequate evaluation data is not available. One package is to be delivered to Hurlburt Field, Florida, and one to USS Washington (SSN 787), FPO AE 09583; delivery is required within 20 days after order. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated return date.
