Description
The City of Windsor is seeking expressions of interest from parties interested in the potential residential redevelopment of the former W.D. Lowe Secondary School building and adjacent school yard. Submissions should address housing and other needs of the surrounding area and the city more broadly while considering compatibility with the surrounding neighbourhood. Electronic submissions are required. Respondents must attend one of the scheduled mandatory site visits as a condition of submitting a response. This request is an expression of interest rather than a solicitation of proposals, and it does not establish a legal relationship between the City and any respondent.
