Description
The U.S. Government is seeking expressions of interest from property owners or managers for a lease providing exactly 5,993.40 square feet of ANSI/BOMA storage area and 30 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be within 15 miles of 585 Ripley Boulevard, Alpena, Michigan. The rental consideration must include all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations. The Government may consider alternative space if economically advantageous, including after accounting for relocation costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and agency downtime. Parties other than the property owner or manager must include a letter authorizing them to make a general offering of the space.
