Description
Toronto Community Housing Corporation is requesting quotations for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of HVAC equipment for the Pelham Park Gardens development. The scope includes six condensing heating boilers, two condensing domestic hot-water boilers, eight boiler pumps, six domestic hot-water storage tanks, two expansion tanks, associated venting, piping, controls, electrical work, hoisting, rigging, permits, testing, commissioning, manufacturer start-up, and operator training. The equipment must meet specified capacity, efficiency, electrical, safety, control, weight, certification, and warranty requirements, with approved-equivalent equipment permitted subject to the solicitation’s alternate-equipment process. The quotation must include all labour, materials, delivery, crane and hoisting services, installation, commissioning, permits, traffic control, site protection, and incidental costs. Work is estimated to begin February 1, 2027, with equipment deliveries estimated for March 2027 and project completion estimated by April 30, 2027. Award will be based on the lowest qualified total price.
