Description
Buffalo Public Schools is seeking a qualified vendor to provide districtwide routine, non-routine, and emergency inspections, testing, maintenance, and as-needed repair services for fire protection systems. The scope includes quarterly, semiannual, annual, five-year, and ten-year inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire pumps, sprinklers, standpipes, and FM-200 chemical suppression systems in accordance with NFPA standards and manufacturer recommendations. Repairs will be performed on an as-needed basis. The vendor must have the licensing, experience, knowledge, and skills necessary to perform the required services. The submission must include the completed bid table and offering questionnaire, licensing and experience information, answers to the fire protection system questionnaire, a narrative to cost, a signed Non-Collusive Bidding Certification, an insurance certificate, a completed Equal Opportunity Form, and references. The solicitation also identifies optional disclosure, debarment, MWBE, subcontractor, anti-lobbying, and W-9 materials.
