Description
Shawnee Mission School District is seeking qualifications from firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services under Guaranteed Maximum Price contracts for upcoming school construction and renovation projects. The District intends to shortlist three to five firms through a Phase I selection process, with shortlisted firms invited to compete in multiple Phase II/Phase III selections for specific projects over a five-year period. Responses may be submitted either through the Public Purchase online bid platform or in hard-copy format; both methods are not required. Hard-copy responses must include one physical copy and a thumb drive containing a digital copy, delivered in a sealed envelope or box. Email submission is not accepted.
