Description
The City of Mission is soliciting a contractor to provide HVAC inspections, preventive maintenance, and on-call services at the Powell Community Center, Mission City Hall and Police Department, and Mission Public Works. Work includes annual filter and belt changes, coil cleaning, equipment inspections, calibration and lubrication, and related maintenance for air-handling units, rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, pumps, water heaters, pool equipment, exhaust fans, and other listed equipment. The contractor must verify the equipment list and perform work at the frequencies directed by the City, with payment based on unit prices and actual quantities performed. The proposal package must include the executed Bid Proposal, completed Bid Table, a list of major equipment owned by the contractor, and the Addendum Receipt Acknowledgement if applicable. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes, and the contractor will be required to provide specified insurance coverage and name the City as an additional insured.
