Description
The City of Mission seeks a fully hosted, cloud-based Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution to replace its legacy NEC VoIP system. The selected vendor will provide an end-to-end solution including discovery, network assessment, solution design, licensing, configuration, telephone-number porting, endpoints, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID integration, E911/Kari’s Law/RAY BAUM’S Act compliance, analog and fax support, implementation, testing, cutover, training, documentation, support, maintenance, and removal of obsolete equipment. The baseline requirement is 80 phones: 64 standard desk phones, 5 lobby/courtesy phones, 5 conference phones, 4 receptionist/operator phones, and 2 cordless phones, plus one fax/analog gateway. The solution must support multiple municipal facilities, softphones, mobile and browser-based calling, auto attendants, call queues, voicemail, analytics, emergency-location management, and ongoing technical support. Proposals must include firm experience, team organization, references, project approach, and comprehensive pricing; the main proposal is limited to 15 numbered pages, excluding specified preliminary materials and dividers.
