Description
The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision is conducting a Request for Information regarding vendors capable of providing on-site and virtual audiology services and otolaryngology services to individuals under custody at state facilities. Requested capabilities include diagnostic hearing testing, diagnosis and treatment of hearing issues using the vendor’s own equipment, hearing-aid procurement and dispensing, maintenance, simple repairs, and patient education. This is an informational inquiry seeking vendor interest and capabilities and will not directly result in a contract or agreement. Respondents should describe their ability to provide the requested services, including in-person and virtual delivery, equipment, hearing-aid procurement and support, maintenance, repairs, and patient education.
