Nevada R-5 School District is soliciting sealed bids for physical therapy services for students with special needs. Services will be provided on an hourly-rate basis and include physical therapy evaluations and treatment, complete testing and assessments, screenings, parent meetings, teacher collaboration, direct student therapy, initial evaluation write-ups, and drive time for each onsite visit. Providers must be able to furnish proof that their physical therapy personnel are properly certified or licensed. Questions regarding caseload and services may be directed to Scott Myers, Director of Special Services.
