Description
The Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District (SCUCISD) is accepting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide direct and indirect special education services to students on an as-needed basis. Services include Speech Language Pathologist (English and/or Bilingual), Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP), Educational Diagnostician, and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Additional potential services include Teacher of the Visually Impaired, Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Dyslexia Therapist, Orientation and Mobility Specialist, Audiology, and Low Vision Services. The district intends to award multiple five-year contracts with no minimum guaranteed quantities, placing vendors on an Approved Provider List. All services must be provided in person; virtual or teletherapy services will not be considered. Contractors must provide their own supplies, materials, and electronic devices.
