Description
The City of Shreveport is soliciting bids to purchase an approximately 19,256-square-foot aircraft maintenance hangar and its improvements. The land is not included and will remain owned by the Shreveport Airport Authority; the sale is of the leasehold interest in the improvements. The property is sold as-is, and the minimum bid is $375,000. The highest responsive and responsible bidder will be selected. A bid must include the completed City bid form and a bid bond or bank cashier’s check for 10% of the bid. The successful bidder must complete the purchase within 45 days after award notification. The solicitation package includes an appraisal and a ground lease agreement.
