Description
The City of Keene is conducting a qualifications-based selection for a consultant or consultant team to provide a five-year, multi-project program of airport architectural, engineering, environmental, surveying, planning, construction administration, and related professional services at Dillant-Hopkins Airport. Anticipated work includes terminal rehabilitation, pavement and apron projects, obstruction studies and removal, stormwater planning, airfield lighting and visual-aid improvements, snow-removal-equipment procurement support, airport master planning, easement support, environmental review, permitting, design, bidding, construction administration, inspection, grant support, and project closeout. Selection will be based solely on qualifications; pricing will not be requested or considered before ranking the most-qualified firm. Individual assignments will be separately authorized with negotiated scopes, schedules, and fees, and no minimum quantity of work or consultant fee is guaranteed. Statements of qualifications are limited to 25 pages and must include a cover letter, contractor qualifications, project team, approach and schedule, resumes, references for at least three similar projects, and a certificate of insurance documenting current coverage limits. The solicitation is governed by applicable federal aviation, grant, state block grant, and City procurement requirements.
