Description
Sheridan County seeks proposals from one qualified party to lease an approximately 4,800-square-foot aircraft hangar, including attached office space, for aeronautical use only. The premises are offered in their existing condition, and the respondent is responsible for its own due diligence. The proposal should describe the intended use, proposed development, requested lease terms and concessions, desired commencement date, and proposed initial monthly rent, which must be at least $2,250. The total lease term, including extensions or renewal options, may not exceed 10 years. Proposals must include the completed respondent information, use of premises, and lease information forms; documentation of applicable business standing, Wyoming authorization, FAA certificates, and financial capacity; and a non-collusion affidavit. Submission requires one unbound, one-sided printed original, 11 bound copies, and either one USB drive containing the submission as a single continuous PDF or an email containing the submission in PDF format. The electronic version must match the printed original, and typed fonts must be at least 12-point.
