Description
The Port Authority seeks offers from qualified firms to lease, finance, design, develop, construct, operate, and maintain a modern, multi-tenant air cargo facility. The project includes two development areas totaling approximately 20.3 acres, a facility of at least 210,000 square feet, and three aircraft parking positions. The selected respondent will also handle site preparation, permitting and regulatory processes, tenant relocation and leasing, and ongoing facility operations and maintenance. A minimum construction investment of $70 million is required. Offers must include a cover letter, preliminary development concept, respondent experience and qualifications, financial information, and completed Forms A, B, and C. The financial submission includes audited statements for the three most recent fiscal years, a detailed financial pro forma, a lender or bond underwriter support letter, and an equity commitment support letter. The opportunity is an invitation for offers that may lead to dialogue and lease negotiations; selection for further discussion is not itself an award.
