Description
The City of Hoboken is soliciting sealed bids for renovation of Tom Olivieri Park's existing 0–5 playground and spray structure. The work includes a redesigned playground, spray structure, site furniture, paving, landscaping, lighting, and a prefabricated restroom facility. The work must be completed within 180 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bids must use the prescribed forms and include the Non-Collusion Affidavit, Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Consent of Surety, and a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of at least 10% of the bid amount, capped at $20,000. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds and required insurance. Prevailing-wage and equal-employment requirements apply.
