Description
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement to Beckman Coulter, Inc. for a fully automated chemistry and immunochemistry analyzer, associated reagents, calibrator material, consumables, and support services. The system must integrate with the MHS GENESIS/Cerner Millennium Laboratory Information System through Authority to Operate-approved middleware and interface chemistry, immunochemistry, and hematology instrumentation for reliable data transmission and critical-value alerting. Interested parties must submit a capability statement with clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government's technical and operational requirements, including automated blood bank instrumentation, reagents, consumables, and support services. The notice is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals; the Government will decide at its discretion whether to proceed without competition. Responses are limited to permitted email attachment formats, with ZIP and EXE files prohibited, and must use the exact required subject line.
