Description
The Clark County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for the Clark County-Springfield Township 2026 OPWC Resurfacing Project. The work must be completed within 90 calendar days and no later than June 30, 2027, in accordance with the bid specifications, estimated quantities, prevailing-wage requirements, and applicable Ohio public-improvement requirements. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Ohio Department of Transportation for applicable work classifications, and subcontractors must be pre-qualified for work they perform. The prime contractor must self-perform at least 50% of the contracted work. Required bid submissions include a bid bond or other qualifying bid guaranty, Non-Discrimination Provision, Non-Collusion Bid Affidavit, Affidavit 3517, Personal Property Tax Statement, and Quality Contracting Standards Certification. Bidders must also provide experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The successful bidder must provide a contract bond and satisfy the County's insurance requirements.
