Description
Santé Québec Est-de-l'Île-de-Montréal – Universitaire intends to award a professional-services contract for art workshops serving mental-health service users and their families. The program requires five two-hour workshops per week, offered in the morning and afternoon, with capacity for at least 12 participants per workshop. Activities will focus primarily on painting and drawing and must be delivered in person, with some sessions held at the Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal and others at accessible provider facilities in eastern Montréal. The provider must supply workshop materials, registration and wait-list management, artists and support personnel, participant reception and guidance, staffing and supervision, participation statistics, and coordination of exhibitions, communications, and media events. The scope includes planning a permanent exhibition at the institute and renewing it at least annually. Providers must have a primary mission of supporting people with mental-health conditions through artistic expression, at least five years of relevant workshop experience, healthcare-network contracting experience, qualified art or art-therapy facilitators, and experience with exhibitions and collaborative cultural projects. The contemplated term is one year with two one-year renewal options.
