Description
Belton Independent School District is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants and contractors to provide as-needed fine arts contracted services. The services requested encompass a wide spectrum of disciplines including marching band, band, jazz, orchestra, choir, theater, visual arts, color guard, drill/dance, and professional development for fine arts staff. The district intends to establish a list of approved vendors through this RFP, with multiple awards granted on a rolling, monthly basis throughout the solicitation period. The initial contract period runs from August 6, 2026 through May 31, 2027, with three automatic one-year renewals extending through May 31, 2030. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award contracts for individual services as deemed advantageous.
