Fairfax County Department of Transportation is seeking offerors to provide engineering services for construction support and independent quality assurance, verification, sampling, and testing (IQAVS&T) for the Richmond Highway Bus Rapid Transit Project. Respondents must submit a Statement of Qualifications in accordance with the solicitation. The available package includes the RFP, a draft quality management plan, a draft construction quality plan, and a project map.
