Description
The Maryland Stadium Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-call third-party code compliance services for capital development projects throughout Maryland. The scope includes architectural, structural, civil, mechanical/HVAC, electrical, elevator, plumbing, fire-stopping, life-safety, and special inspections, as well as plan reviews at the 100% design development, 50% construction document, and 100% construction document stages. Services must address applicable federal, state, local, Maryland accessibility, Americans with Disabilities Act, and other building codes, with written certifications and inspection reports provided as required. The resulting contract will be a multiple-award, indefinite-quantity master contract with no guaranteed minimum work or compensation and a five-year term with no renewal options. Project-specific task orders will establish the scope, schedule, and fixed-fee or not-to-exceed amount. Offerors must demonstrate substantial relevant experience, provide qualified key personnel and certifications, submit three similar project examples and references, and provide technical and financial proposals. A 10% overall Minority Business Enterprise participation goal applies, with no subgoals.
