Description
UNDP intends to establish a non-exclusive long-term agreement with one or more providers to supply qualified security guards on an ad hoc, short-notice basis. Assignments will support existing security staff during staffing shortages and operational surges; there is no guaranteed minimum volume, and services may be ordered only through authorized call-off requests. The work includes access control and screening, patrols, monitoring authorized security systems, emergency support, incident escalation, and related reporting and records. Guards must meet Danish legal authorization and training requirements, have at least two years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong working English. The contractor must maintain a qualified reserve pool, provide a 24/7 operational contact, and manage staffing, supervision, replacements, and continuity.
