Description
Shared Services Canada seeks professional security guard services at multiple facilities in New Brunswick. The contractor will provide qualified personnel, supervision, equipment, and operational support for static guard posts, patrols, access control, visitor management, escorts, alarm response, incident and emergency response, security operations centre and surveillance monitoring, reception functions, and identity and credential management. The initial site requirements include continuous access-control coverage and supervisory posts; additional services and staffing may be requested through task authorizations. The contract is planned for an initial two-year period with five one-year options. Bidders must demonstrate corporate security-service experience and meet New Brunswick licensing requirements. The work includes SECRET-level facility and personnel security requirements, and the contractor must provide a letter confirming insurability with its bid; specified insurance coverage is required after award. Proposals are evaluated on a combined technical and price basis, weighted 70% and 30%, respectively.
