Description
The Wayne County Airport Authority seeks qualified firms to provide CCTV inspection, field verification, cleaning, jetting, jet rodding, vactor, GPS locating, GIS mapping, asset inventory, and related support for stormwater and sanitary sewer systems. Work may cover pipes, manholes, catch basins, culverts, outfalls, wet wells, drains, and related structures at the Authority’s two airports, and will be assigned on an as-needed basis. Firms may propose for either or both service categories; multiple awards are anticipated. The scope includes sewer cleaning and material removal, mapping and asset data deliverables in ESRI-compatible formats, and related traffic control, confined-space support, and equipment. Proposals must demonstrate the specified CCTV, sewer-cleaning, certification, and GIS experience, and commit to at least 25% certified Small Business Enterprise participation. The contract term is three years, with two one-year renewal options.
