The Washington State Office of Minority and Women's Business Enterprises is soliciting bids for the N. Pekin Road Water Main project. This project involves the installation of approximately 1,216 linear feet of 12-inch PVC C900 water main and 82 linear feet of 16-inch PVC C900 water main. The scope of work also includes the installation of associated valves, hydrants, meters, and appurtenances. The project will extend from the intersection of N Pekin Road & Goerig Road to the intersection of N Pekin Road & Caples Road, and will include surface restoration. Bids must be submitted in a sealed package to the City of Woodland Public Works Administration Office, 230 Davidson Ave, Woodland, WA 98674, by 10:00 a.m. on July 1, 2026. Bids sent by mail should be enclosed in a second envelope addressed to the City of Woodland, P.O. Box 9, Woodland, Washington 98674. Bids will not be accepted via facsimile or electronic mail. A contract award is expected within 45 days of the bid opening. Electronic copies of plans and specifications are available from Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. (HHPR) via email request to ryanw@hhpr.com, or printed sets can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $75. A pre-bid conference will not be held.
