Description
The County of Sacramento, Department of Water Resources, is soliciting bids for two Job Order Contracts (JOCs), numbered 286 and 287. These contracts will be used for water resources projects and will involve furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental work to complete projects in strict conformance with specifications and applicable regulations. The quantities of work and materials are approximations and may vary at the County's discretion. The contracts are indefinite quantity contracts with a maximum contract amount of $1,000,000.00 each and a term of 365 calendar days or until the maximum contract amount is expended, whichever occurs first. Bidders are required to submit two price adjustment factors: one for normal working hours and one for other than normal working hours. A mandatory review of a pre-bid presentation video is required for bid acceptance.
