The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is soliciting bids for a comprehensive service contract that includes warehousing, transportation, preparation, and mailing of vehicle/trailer license plates, disabled person placards, off-highway vehicle (OHV) sticker license plates, partial year registration (PYR) decals, Commercial Vehicle Registration Act (CVRA) decals, registration certificates, and identification (ID) cards. The contract term is proposed to be thirty-six months, with a potential start date of December 1, 2026, or upon contract approval.
